1. Will this work in my country/city?

The short answer is YES!

We’ve worked with investors all over the world, and the strategies in BNB Investing Blueprint are applicable in just about any country/city.

Now, when it comes to finding great deals, of course some cities are better than others (and we’ll show you exactly which ones). If you happen to live in a great market, awesome! If not, we can either help you to invest remotely in a different market (about 50% of the investors we work with purchase properties remotely) or we can just be patient and help you find the right deal in your market when it eventually does show up!

2. Can I purchase a property in a different city from where I live?

Absolutely. About half of the investors we work with purchase properties close to home, while the other half invest in other cities (or even other countries) remotely.

3. Can't I just learn all of this stuff for free on the internet?

Probably, but it would take you a long time and almost certainly cost you much more money. The strategies in BNB Investing Blueprint are tested and proven across hundreds of listings and thousands of guest stays. To figure this all out on your own and refine your own strategies and systems to this level would take years, and in the process you'd be missing out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential earnings, not to mention the value of your own lost time and mistakes.

4. How much money do I need in order to start investing?

There are ways to invest in short-term rentals with little-to-no money down, and if you’re serious about building your portfolio and want to explore those options, we can show you how (fair warning: those strategies require more work, there’re no free lunches). That being said, if you’re looking to invest more traditionally, using your own money, then we recommend having access to about $50,000 or more. This could be cash, savings, or equity in another property you own, such as your primary residence.

5. How much time do I need to start investing in properties? Can I do this with a full-time job?

Yes. The goal is for your investing to be semi-passive to completely passive. By applying the automation and outsourcing strategies in BNB Investing Blueprint, you will be able to remove yourself from the daily-operations of the property (or properties). As long as you're able to set aside about 5 hours/week you'll be able to get results and grow your portfolio.

6. How long until I see results from this training?

That totally depends on how quickly you work through the program and start taking action. Some members are able to purchase their first property in as little as a few weeks. Others work their way through slowly and it takes longer.
