I did however (after an embarrassingly long time) figure a few things out after a great deal of trial and error.
Fast forward to 2018 and I was managing a handful of properties, making a healthy 6 figure income, and actually enjoying my life again now that I wasn’t constantly fighting fires.

Almost a decade ago, I started coaching other short-term rental hosts and property managers, and I was able to get them some pretty awesome results (plus I really loved helping them)!
I eventually sold my property management business and bought a few Airbnbs of my own that now earn me more than enough cash flow to live on, while also building my long-term wealth.
