Q – Will all of the tools and resources work in my area?
While James is personally based out of Canada, around 82% of the 1,000 or so students we’ve worked with over the years have been from outside Canada (mostly USA, Australia, Europe and the UK).
So, we build all our templates, training & resources fairly generically to be (nearly) ready for use in most countries around the world.
However, before using any of the agreement templates, you must send them to your lawyer / solicitor / legal team to fine-tune / tweak / approve them before they are ever used commercially.
This is to make sure that your legal team is happy with them and that they’re customized to suit you and your specific business needs.
Ultimately, our goal with all the templates, resources & agreements we build for members is that 95% of the work is done for you, so you only need to do the final few %, saving you loads of time and unnecessary costs 🤓
