This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by 11023250 Canada Ltd. d/b/a BNB Mastery ("BNB Mastery," "we," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site.

Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time, in which case we will post the revised Terms of Service on this page. By continuing to use the Site after changes are posted, you accept the modified Terms of Service.

Online Commerce

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products and services. When making a purchase:

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf
You agree to use the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only
You agree not to make purchases for speculative or fraudulent purposes
Your purchase is for personal use only — sharing of purchased content is not permitted and may constitute copyright infringement

If payment for a course or membership is declined, our system will automatically disable access to premium materials. We will make every attempt to contact you to resolve billing issues and restore your access once payment is current.

Refund Policies

Your purchase of a product or service may or may not provide for a refund. Each product specifies its own refund policy as detailed below.

BNB Co-Hosting Mastery Refund Policy

You have 14 days after your date of purchase to request a full refund. To request a refund, you must email support@bnbmasteryprogram.com by the 14th day after your purchase date. After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable. All refunds are discretionary as determined by 11023250 Canada Ltd. d/b/a BNB Mastery.

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:

Put in the work: Spend at least five hours per week implementing what you learn (e.g., completing Action Items). There is no way around the work — you must build a habit of taking action each week.
Complete the first 2 weeks of the course in their entirety: When you request a refund, we will verify that you have completed the first 2 weeks of the course and all associated assignments.
Attend at least 1 Q&A call: Register for and attend at least one of the twice-weekly Q&A calls. These calls are designed to help you succeed — if you're stuck and don't reach out, we can't help you achieve your goals.
Email us within 14 days: If, after completing the course material and Action Items, you still don't see improved results, email us within 14 days of your enrollment date stating your reason for requesting a refund, and include proof of all completed Action Items from the first 2 weeks.

The guarantee does NOT apply if you:

Enroll and don't complete the first 2 weeks of the course
Enroll and don't complete the assignments
Enroll and don't attend a single Q&A call
Enroll, watch some videos, decide it's too hard, and quit
Enroll, change your mind about the business model, and decide it's not for you
Enroll, life gets in the way, and you decide now is not the right time
Email us more than 14 days after your enrollment date

BNB Investing Mastery Refund Policy

To be eligible for the guarantee, you must:

BNB Tribe offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your membership, you may cancel within 30 days of joining for a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancel your membership by clicking the cancel button inside the member portal within 30 days of joining
Send an email to support@bnbmasteryprogram.com requesting your refund

We will process your refund promptly. No penalties, no hoops to jump through.

Interactive Features

The Site may include features such as community forums, comment sections, and messaging. You are solely responsible for the content you post. As a condition of using the Site, you agree not to:

Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks used to provide the Site
Instigate or encourage others to commit illegal activities or cause harm
Gain unauthorized access to the Site or any connected systems through hacking or other illicit means
Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Post or transmit any material that violates or infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
Post or transmit any information containing viruses or other harmful components
Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes, advertising, or solicitation
Gather email addresses or personal information posted by other users for marketing purposes

We reserve the right to remove any user-created content at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to remove members from our online communities at our sole discretion to maintain a positive environment.

Registration and Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to:

Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
Keep your password confidential and secure
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Assignment

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of BNB Mastery and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent. BNB Mastery may freely assign all rights and obligations to any affiliated entity or wholly owned subsidiary.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
